Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all HALO KNIGHT tags attached and include the provided packing slip.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
